- General Manager (Planning & Business Development)-Applicants must be a graduate from a recognized University/ Institute and should possess MBA degree with specialization in Marketing/ Finance.
- Joint General Manager / Deputy General Manager (Design)-Candidates should possess BE/ B.Tech (Civil) Graduation from a recognized University/ Institute approved by AICTE/ UGC. Possession of M.E/ M.Tech degree (Civil/ Structural Engg) is preferable.

- He will be responsible for overall planning and property development (non-rental box revenue) related activities for CMRL.
- Monitoring and management of all Business Development (BD) related activities like kiosk/retail space, advertisement, license of small and large scale development, telecom related business, etc.
- Monitoring and managing non-fare box revenue streams that include growth in non-fare revenue.
- Monitoring and management of all Property Development (PD) related activities like small and large scale development including land parcel development.
